This is my first semester with the AT fellows and thus far I have really enjoyed my experience! We are reading a very interesting and resourceful book — How Learning Works – definitely worth checking out. It discusses the science of learning and how best to reach students so that they are learning in the most effectives ways.
I am also involved in a couple different projects, one being a News Map website which will chart a story on a map and show you the spread over time from its point of origin to the rest of the world. Also as Johnny mentioned in the previous AT Fridays post, I am co-hosting our podcast with him, and we are really excited to be able to discuss important education technology things that are going on in the world. I think it’s going to be a great year for the fellows and I’m very happy to be on board.
