Lateral Pull-Down

September 28, 2011

The lateral pull-down is part of many people’s workout routine in the gym. And, if it isn’t yet it most likely will be a machine that you’ll be introduced to at some point in the future.┬áBut, not everyone does this exercise correctly and thus, puts themselves at risk for injury. In this video, Marten (a Tufts trainer) shows you how to do the lateral pull-down, what muscles it works, and how to progress onto higher weight as you become more comfortable with the exercise.
