Resume/Career Fair Info Workshop – 9/26, 6:00, SciTech 136
The Career Fair is right around the corner (Friday 9/28) and and this is a great opportunity for everyone– Freshmen through Seniors, and even Graduates– to talk to company representatives about internship and career opportunities available at the attending companies. Even if you aren’t looking for a job yet, everyone will need a solid resume and the ability to sell yourself– this is a good way to practice before the even more relevant SciTech career fair next Spring.
On Wednesday, 9/26, we will be holding a resume/career fair workshop during our meeting. We hope to have a guest speaker from industry that can talk specifically about what they look for when hiring, and we are creating a packet of additional useful information for building your resume that you can take home.
We hope that this will be a very useful and interesting meeting, and hope to see you all there. Pizza will be served.
