This Thursday November 15th, Sherry Dong- Director of Community Health Improvement Programs at Tufts Medical Center will be speaking about Tufts’ Asian Access Initiative! The event is from 12-1pm in Sackler 221.
The Asian Access Program (AAP) serves as an important entry point for non-English speaking or limited English speaking Asian patients trying to navigate or understand the hospital healthcare system. The AAP provides a number of linguistically and culturally appropriate social services, educational programs and training sessions to members of Greater Boston’s Asian-American community.
Bring your own lunch! Desserts will be provided!
Will this be recorded? I will unfortunately be out of town but would greatly like to hear about this issue and about the organization. Please let me know. Thank you!
Hi Edgar, I don’t know if we have the equipment available to record the event, but I will ask around!
