The DCA holds thousands of photographs, negatives and slides. Some of these are available online as digital images through the Tufts Digital Library. The following list is a sample of collections containing numerous digital images.

- Edwin B. Rollins’ photographs (MS054) documenting buildings on the Medford campus.
- P.T. Barnum papers (MS002) including images of Jumbo and Barnum Hall.
