The Role
Inquiry Facilitators are members of a talented and close-knit team in the Office of Data and Accountability, but work day-to-day to support teachers and school leaders in a cohort of schools by providing the school with meeting facilitation support, timely and useable data, practical tools for identifying and addressing student learning challenges, and one-on-one coaching for principals and designated teacher leaders. Inquiry Facilitators are pivotal to the development of high-functioning teams that model and lead evidence-based school improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with deep instructional expertise matched with a passion for using data to accomplish ambitious goals. This person demonstrates courage, strong relationship management, intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and a quantitative orientation.
