Upcoming volunteer opportunities with COGDesign.

Nursery Garden (www.cogdesign.org)
Espousal Center, 554 Lexington Street, Waltham, MA
Every Monday, on going through October.
3pm to 7pm

With your help, we can make significant progress towards replanting the
garden beds this season. Tasks include: plant inventory, weeding,
watering, transplanting, planting and deadheading.   No experience necessary.

Tools and information will be provided.  Please wear comfortable clothes
you do not mind getting dirty and closed-toed shoes. Bring a snack and
some water. Volunteers may arrive late and leave early if need be. Look on
your right for the green pick-up truck parked in front of the garden as
you drive up the hill.  We will meet in the garden.

Shirley Eustis Historic House
Saturday July 21st, from 10am to 2pm.

The Shirley Eustis Historic House is located at 33 Shirley Street,
Roxbury, MA 02119.  We will weed and deadhead the formal gardens of this
historic house. There is also an orchard on-site in which we can tour. No
experience necessary.  Tools and information will be provided.  Please
wear
comfortable clothes you do not mind getting dirty and closed-toed shoes.
Bring a snack and some water.  Volunteers may arrive late and leave early
if need be.  We will meet in the formal garden in front of the house.
