Data Visualization Research Assistant – Tufts Boston Health Sciences Campus
The Predictive Analytics and Comparative Effectiveness (PACE) Center at Tufts Medical Center studies the use of predictive analytics in medical decision making. To better understand the extent of Clinical Prediction Model (CPM) development and to help researchers and clinicians, we created the Tufts PACE CPM Registry, a field synopsis of over 1,000 CPMs that predict clinical outcomes for patients with and at risk for cardiovascular disease.
The Tufts PACE CPM Registry has been made partially available online for public use at: http://pace.tuftsmedicalcenter.org/cpm/ and we are seeking assistance from a Tufts student interested in predictive analytics to further enhance the functionality of this website. Specific duties include working with Tableau, data visualization, and assistance in content management of the website. The ideal candidate will be able to work approximately 5 hours per work at a rate of $15/hour.
