The ExCollege can support course expenses up to $50 per course. The cost for materials more expensive than $50 must be passed on to the students in the class in the form of a course materials fee. If you plan to use DVD rentals, slides, art supplies, or computer supplies during your course, you need to work with us to arrive at an estimate of the total cost – before the beginning of the semester. If the amount requires that a course materials fee be charged, we will inform you how to proceed. To be reimbursed for purchases, they must have been approved by the Ex College and you must get an original itemized receipt and submit it to the department administrator.
