They really just want to see that you took two bio classes that are at least at the level of 13 & 14 or higher. When I applied, I had 13 & 41(genetics).

Bio 46 doesn't have a lab. The early assurance website doesn't specify any 2 bio courses student are required to take.

Most med schools do not require a full year of calculus, but most require one semester. This can be either Math 11 or Math 5 (Intro to Calculus). Other math courses to look at are any statistics course , which are looked favorably upon by Med Schools.
