- 3 avocados, mashed
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed, drained and mashed
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp buffalo wing seasoning
- salt to taste
Mash all ingredients together, spread on crusty bread, and enjoy! Watching baseball while you eat is optional.
