Thanks Mari! I just found out that I was featured on this website. Cool!
FoodEx looks like a perfect fit for the restaraunt business, and Idaho's Bounty does good work, but neither addresses the produce handeling process. One of the main time sucks for a farmer is washing, packing, and storing the produce before sale. RTF will streamline that process and allow the farmers more time on growing.
Hope to run into you around TIE!

I work at TIE and we recently profiled a Tufts alumnus who is working for a very similar company here in Massachusetts, Organic Renaissance FoodEx. You can check out our interview here.
http://environment.tufts.edu/?pid=121#Maurin%20Wallace
Maybe there is a potential connection to be made between Carolyn and Maurin!

Also, it seems that there are already two companies near Boise that are doing this kind of work:

Good luck though Carolyn, glad to see food-related projects in Masschallenge!

Such a great article which Tufts IR students, the knowledge they take from their studies goes hand-in-hand with our principles of active citizenship and global awareness. In which students dove into topics ranging from resurgent China to cyber deterrence. Thanks for sharing this article.
