Midnight is “a booking group dedicated to bringing up-and-coming, local, and/or independent music to the Tufts community.”
They state on their website:
Our goal: create a social space around great music of all genres, and put on as many shows each semester as our meager budget will allow. ALL FOR FREE.”
Past concerts sponsored by Midnight include Tony Castles, Sonnymoon and Rodeo Church.

Tufts acoustic folk group The Dirty River String Band performed at the Crafts House on Dec. 11, showcasing not only their vocal skills, but a wide range of instrumental diversity, from guitars to fiddles and even the banjo.
Check out this video of the group covering popular English folk rock band Mumford and Sons’ “Little Lion Man.”
