Dental Students Release Humorous Video
Posted by Carly Machlis in School of Dental Medicine, Student Experience, Students, Video on September 28, 2012
The class of 2012 at Tufts School of Dental Medicine decided to have a little fun before saying goodbye to all those pesky graduation requirements. In a newly-released video, these recent grads provide a humorous and lighthearted take on filling cavities, making dentures, and more–all to the tune of Jack Johnson’s “Sitting, Waiting, Wishing” (as well as a little help from the Psycho soundtrack). For new dental students, the video provides an insightful look into the day-to-day activities that take place at Tufts’ downtown campus. For the rest of us, it’s all about the dancing, laughing, and fun music–who knew that dental school could be this entertaining?

Tufts Dental Class of 2012
Posted by Ashley Wood in Faculty, School of Dental Medicine, Social Media, Student Experience, Students, Video on May 24, 2012
Even with finals and graduation upon them, the Tufts School of Dental Medicine Class of 2012 still managed to spare some time for a little fun. The (now) recent grads put together a music video set to the tune of Taio Cruz’s “Dynamite” with lyrics from the original version replaced by references to graduation and the requirements at the dental school – specifically doing one last “endo,” or root canal. Shot at the dental school, the video includes D12 graduates with a special guest faculty appearance. It’s a fun spoof to wrap up their final moments at Tufts – congratulations Class of 2012!
