Stephanie Farber is a junior at Tufts majoring in English and Community Health. As the founder of JumboRead, she is thrilled to see the program into its second year. Her favorite book is Holes by Louis Sachar.
Emily O’Carroll is a senior at Tufts majoring in Clinical Psychology. She enjoys reading, swimming, and boating. Her favorite book series is A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket.
Chelsea Newman is a freshman at Tufts who is majoring in Child Development. Her favorite book series is His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman.
Sarah Perlman is a sophomore at Tufts majoring in Peace and Justice minoring in English. This is her second year with JumboRead! Her favorite book of all time is Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White.
Nick Packs is a sophomore at Tufts studying Political Science and Economics. This is his second year with JumboRead and his favorite book is The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolken.
Abigail Jackson is a sophomore at Tufts majoring in Political Science and Classics. Abigail loves books and this is her second year with JumboRead. Her favorite book is The Witches by Roald Dahl.
Annie King is a junior at Tufts majoring in Child Development. This is her first year with JumboRead and she hopes to become an elementary school when she graduates from Tufts. Her favorite book is Matilda by Roald Dahl.
Kathleen Chace is a senior at Tufts majoring in Biopsychology. She loves playing soccer and is excited to join the JumboRead team. Her favorite book is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling.
Alex Salvatore is a sophomore at Tufts and this is her second year with JumboRead. She loves to bake and make up cookie recipes. Her favorite book is If You Give A Mouse A Cookie by Felicia Bond.
Leah Cohen is a junior at Tufts majoring in Child Development and Biopsychology. Leah is excited to be with the JumboRead team for her second year. Her favorite book is The Giver by Lois Lowry.
Julian Post is a junior Biopsychology/Pre-med major from Houston, TX. He started reading when I was 3 years old and has loved it ever since! His favorite books include the Harry Potter series (obviously), the Great Gatsby, Life of Pi, and the Hunger Games books (guilty pleasure). He hopes to meet y’all soon!
