Presentations at AERA 2013

Two posters stemming from our work on middle school students’ representational competence have been accepted for presentation at next year’s Annual Meeting of the American Educational Research Association as part of the Special Interest Group on Learning Sciences (SIG-LS) and Division C-Learning and Instruction, Mathematics programs:

Wilkerson-Jerde, M. & Maldonis, J. Patterns in students’ processes for representing quantitative change across multiple scenarios with multiple media. To be presented at the 2013 Annual Meeting of the American Educational Research Association (AERA).

Maldonis, J. & Wilkerson-Jerde, M. Middle school students’ representations of quantitative change over time in simple, complex, and statistical situations. To be presented at AERA 2013.

Don’t forget to attend the  2013 Annual Business Meeting of the combined Special Interest Groups in Learning Sciences and Advanced Technologies for Learning (SIG-LS/ATL)!
