Downtime and Upgrade to WordPress 5.9.6

Dear Tufts Colleagues,

Starting at 7pm on Friday July 28th we will be upgrading our version of WordPress to version 5.9.6. The upgrade process will be completed before start of business on Monday July 31st.

IMPORTANT: The upgrade process will take approximately 48 hours starting at 7pm on Friday July 28th. During all but one or two hours of this process your site will still be accessible to visitors. HOWEVER, during the ENTIRE upgrade period you SHOULD NOT make any content or style changes to your sites as all of those changes will be lost. So please make any necessary changes to your site prior to  7pm on Friday July 28th. Assuming the upgrade process goes well you will be able to make changes to your site content by 9am Monday July 31st

NOTE: There are no significant differences in how you create and maintain sites from the current version. There are, however, additional features that have been added.
