The Oregon Historical Society is currently recruiting for a full-time
Director of Museum Services and Education (DMSE). The DMSE is charged with
developing exhibits, educational programming, overseeing collection
conservation growth and management, and shaping education initiatives. The
DMSE will oversee the work of curatorial, archival, educational, and
exhibitry development and implementation, as well as guest curators. For a

A Master’s degree is required, preferably in history, museum studies or
cultural studies, and a minimum of 5-7 years experience in developing and
implementing educational programs and exhibits. For a complete job
