Reports to Chief Executive Officer The Director of the Visitor Experience is responsible for all aspects of visitor services and customer satisfaction. The Director takes affirmative action to enhance the quality of the visitor experience. This includes managing the museums areas, floor volunteers, admissions staff, floor managers, the two Visitor Experience Managers, and the Explorers. Responsible for interacting with diverse visitors, responding to their needs, setting policies and working closely with all departments to coordinate the daily operation of the museums.
