The Concord Museum seeks an energetic, detail-oriented development assistant to work under the Membership and Development Officer in a busy office. Main responsibilities include processing all gifts and auction donation requests; helping to prepare donor acknowledgments and maintain donor records; and assisting with data entry and department mailings. The opportunity to help with other department projects will also arise.

Qualifications:
BA, excellent organizational, communication, and data entry skills required. Flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Sage Fundraising 50 or other donor database software a plus. ~15 hours per week.
