  •  Provides information management support in relation to collections management. Such support will include creating and maintaining the computerized database of objects selected for specific exhibitions.
  • Works with exhibition team during object list development, assisting with research, access and handling.
  • Serves as the COTR (Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative) for collections related contracts that involve the handling, movement, storage, documentation and use of artifacts selected for display in NMAAHC Inaugural and pre-building exhibitions.
  • Assists with reviewing design drawings to assess risk for objects on display, and evaluating effective exhibition design for maintaining the objects’ cleanliness and safety.
