The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the retail outlets at The Mount, which include a museum bookstore, admissions, and a seasonal café, to ensure an optimal visitor experience. Excellent communication, organization, and management skills are required, as well as a strong understanding of the museum gift store market, customer service background, familiarity with POS systems, and excellent cash handling abilities. Must have professional appearance, be proficient with Excel, Word, and Publisher, and enjoy interacting with the public, staff and volunteers. Candidates must be available to work weekend, holiday, and evening hours during the May-October season. This is a full-time position and compensation will be determined based on experience.
