The San Diego Museum of Man seeks an experienced exhibit developer who will find the fun in profundity and create imaginative and dynamic must-see exhibits that inspire human connections by exploring the human experience. The Director of Exhibit Development will lead all facets of the Museum’s collaborative exhibit development process and will serve as the primary advocate for the visitor experience in exhibits. S/he will be responsible for content research, development, interpretation and writing of long term and “hot topic” exhibitions. Incumbent will direct audience research and evaluation for exhibits and will participate in master planning. Commitment to a team approach is a must. A clear perspective is appreciated.
