rovides expertise in the development and analysis of EEO/AA goals for the Museum of Science, including action plans designed to meet goals, analysis of data and recruitment. Responsible for developing strong external relationships with organizations that serve women, minorities, people with disabilities and protected veterans. Responsible for providing expertise and advice to leadership in matters related to EEO/AA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Approximately 100 external searches per year of on-going, temporary and seasonal staff
Staff of 450+

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.

REPORTS TO:

Vice President, Human Resources

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors of Science or Arts degree preferred.
Three (3) or more years of recruiting experience.
Experience with affirmative action analysis working with a federal contractor employer preferred.

STARTING SALARY:

Exempt (Salaried). Commensurate with experience.
