Reporting to the Exhibitions Manager, the Associate Registrar will have direct responsibility for managing and coordinating crating, packing, transportation, couriers, insurance, and condition reports for international and domestic loan exhibitions.

Job requirements include: B.A. in art history or museum studies (M.A. preferred); 5+ years registration experience, preferably at an art museum, with demonstrated knowledge of best museum practices and procedures. Experience with domestic and international shipping, customs brokers/freight forwarding, packing methods, exhibition budgets, and fine arts insurance. Must be available to travel/courier nationally and internationally and work extended hours as necessary. Ability to manage several projects in various stages of complexity and completion simultaneously; must be able to set priorities and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of TMS highly desirable.
