Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Events Institutional Advancement, the Associate will assume a general support role in the daily operation of the Events office as well as offer direct support to the Senior Director as needed.

Key Areas of Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Active role in overall office management by executing office and department policies and protocol
– Performing all administrative duties related to day to day operation of Events office
– Database management
– Research and initiate in kind contributions needed for events
– Designated support person on specific fundraisers and assist on all others; including monitoring revenues to ensure financial goals are met
– Liaise with Presidents and Sr. Vice Presidents office as needed

Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– At least one full year of professional experience in an office environment
– Detailed-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
– Willing to work occasional evenings and or weekends for events
– Fluent in Microsoft Office
