Job Description

The Executive Director has overall leadership responsibility for fundraising, staff supervision, marketing and community relations, program management, volunteer development, financial management, strategic planning, and stewardship/ preservation of collections and facility.

 

Job Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a museum or arts related organization, demonstrating management skills including building staff and volunteers as a team; preferred to include demonstration of fund raising and financial management skills.  Education – A master’s degree is preferred and a bachelor’s degree will be considered with additional experience.
