Unbound was formed in late 2012 as non-profit educational charity with members from Allston, Arlington, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Jamaica Plain, Newton, Somerville, and Watertown working together with contemporary visual art for all through exhibitions, sales, classes and workshops. The business and program activities are managed by a Board of Directors and a Council of Advisors. Our community of members (currently at 100+ and growing) consist of individuals, businesses and institutions that include professional and amateur artists, art collectors and buyers, art connoisseurs, art related businesses and institutions, curators, performing artists and anyone that enjoys seeing, feeling, experiencing and promoting meaningful and expressive art. They all recognize the importance of the visual arts in their personal, business or professional lives. We also develop and nurture partnerships and collaborations with other institutions, organizations and businesses to promote and achieve our non-profit educational mission.
