The Portland Museum of Art (PMA) is searching for a Visitor Experience Supervisor to work under the direction of the Director of Audience Engagement and Communications, the Visitor Experience Supervisor serves as a leader and overseer of the Portland Museum of Art’s (PMA’s) visitor experience team to ensure visitors and members are well served and problems are resolved appropriately. The Visitor Experience Supervisor works as a team player with the Director of PMA Store, the PMA Café, the department of Development, and the department of Protection Services to ensure exceptional interdepartmental communication and to support the PMA’s goals of building audiences, developing and strengthening constituent relationships, and maximizing revenue. With an extensive collection and nationally renowned exhibitions, the Portland Museum of Art is the cultural heart of Portland, Maine.
