Sales Associates are responsible for customer service, sales, restocking and related retail duties in the MFA’s special exhibition gallery shop for the fall exhibition, Class Distinctions: Dutch Painting in the Age of Rembrandt and Vermeer. Position requires the ability to engage our diverse Museum Shop customer by communicating the features and benefits of our unique merchandise. This position will also provide excellent front-line service to MFA visitors by answering Museum-related questions and enthusiastically promoting the Museum.

Temporary positions available through January 2016. Varied part-time shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Qualifications:
A high energy level and strong interpersonal skills; an interest in Museum Shop products including jewelry and fashion-related merchandise and an interest in the Museum of Fine Arts; previous retail experience desired.
