The Executive Assistant to the Director provides administrative support to the Executive Director and Board President as well as support for other staff directors as necessary. Specific responsibilities include maintaining the Director’s calendar, planning and executing business meetings, and providing support to other departments as needed. Assist Director and Board President in Board Meeting Preparation, ensure meeting announcements are distributed in advance to board and committees, assist with Board meeting logistics, and maintain board and committee minutes records. They will take on many of the office managerial tasks such as mail sorting, shipping, manage office supplies and coordinate office equipment management and repair needs.
