Description:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Group Sales Coordinator, Reception will be responsible for coordinating the greeting, check-in and onsite experience of all Group visitors to the Museum. Additional responsibilities will include: Confirm receipt of all requested ancillary materials, and ensure guided groups meet their scheduled guide(s) at the appropriate place and time; Answer questions from groups concerning the details of their visit and act as an on-the-spot troubleshooter in the Museum for problems with group reservations; Serve as the liaison between the group contacts and all other Museum departments; Respond to and resolve customer service or ticketing issues as necessary; Anticipate and resolve problems relating to groups entering and visiting the Museum.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, along with three or more years of related experience. Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong customer service experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including spreadsheet and database experience, good judgment and ability to make decisions independently.
