We are seeking a professional to coordinate the Gallery Education program, including conducting ongoing evaluation of Gallery Educator tours and providing feedback to individual Gallery Educators. Assign and supervise weekly tour shifts as well as weekly walk-up tours, greet and facilitate group entry, direct floor traffic in the galleries, supervise group use of the classrooms. Debrief with Gallery Educators after tours, plan training and in-service programming with Director of Education, and recognition events with Director of Human Resources. Schedule additional Education staff support of Gallery Education program responsibilities. Report on programs and develop and maintain timeline and budgets.Foster the relationship among Gallery Educators and the institution. Administer formal annual evaluation of Gallery Educators.Develop and implement Gallery Education protocol and procedure. Develop and produce newsletters, fliers, and other on-going informational materials as needed.

BA in Judaic studies, history, museum education, or related field required; MA preferred; at least 3- 5 years professional experience in informal and/or museum education, proficient in object-based education. Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate will also be proficient with computers, highly motivated, energetic and organized. Must be able to work Sunday-Thursday.
