Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Associate will manage a broad range of projects within the Marketing and Communications Division to ensure all elements are integrated for maximum reach and effectiveness. This position is responsible for providing accuracy and consistency across all channels. Strong project management skills are required.

Responsibilities:
• Support Marketing Director and Managers on all marketing related activities including assisting in the development, implementation and administration of media plans and gathering data and content for wrap up reports and quarterly assessments.
• Ensure adherence to MFA brand and graphic standards in all communications. Manage signature images and messages and facilitate use across communications vehicles, including: print, digital and broadcast.
• Work with Marketing, media buyers, and designers to project manage and traffic all print, OOH, and digital advertising. Maintain and communicate ad production schedules internally and with external vendors. Clearly communicate specs and goals. Coordinate delivery and pick-up of proofs and materials.
• Manage and maintain systems for delivering information to all internal parties to achieve consistent communications including the development and delivery the marketing tool kit for all advertising campaigns.
• Maintain annual marketing calendar and citywide events calendar and centralized archive of marketing projects for Communications division.
• Responsible for project management (banner schedule, home page schedule, exhibition status, etc) and maintenance of quarterly and monthly reports (Attendance report, Attendance fact sheet, Management team report).
• Organize and manage meetings (Exhibition Title team, Signature Image selection, Exhibitions, etc).
• Partner with all Creative/Production teams including the Photo Studio and Creative Services to develop project schedules, maintain complete and open communication process.
• Actively manage the employee SharePoint site to ensure key indicator metrics are correct and consistent for use by all employees. Develop initiatives for utilizing SharePoint as an internal communications tool.
• Generate and maintain financial reports to track project and operational expenses for the Marketing budgets, and process invoices in an accurate and timely manner. Work with the Financial Department, vendors, and consultants to ensure accurate expense tracking and budget projections.

35 hours/week; Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm; occasional nights and weekends, as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• 3 plus years experience with proven track record of strong project management and organizational skills. Ad traffic skills a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to effectively handle multiple projects while driving towards deadlines and managing budgets (strong problem solving skills).
• Strong computer skills; command of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Basecamp and SharePoint preferred.
