Description:

Full-time opening (37.5 hr/week) to support the Development Division by producing and maintaining constituent records, agreements and related reports and correspondence.  This position accurately processes all gifts, grants, pledges and associated items utilizing a relational fundraising database.  Collaborate with departments throughout the Museum to coordinate event support, mailing lists, and gift reporting.  Precise and professional communication and writing skills and effective project management are essential to this role.

Qualifications:

The incumbent must have three or more years of related experience including Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge or a similar database, and an understanding of the critical role of data management in the advancement/development process.  Precision, a keen eye for details and the ability to handle and record confidential data in a responsible manner are required.  Additional qualifications include an Associate’s degree or equivalent, familiarity with basic bookkeeping and the ability to produce spreadsheets and analytical reports.
