Reporting to the Director of Creative and Interactive Media, the Creative Coordinator will provide diversified administrative, production, and creative support to the Creative and Interactive Media department. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of design and photography and production processes for print and digital. Essential functions include: maintain calendar and schedule meetings for director of Creative and Interactive Media; serve as administrative point person for the department and follow up on routine inquires for information and materials; generate and maintain financial reports to track project and operational expenses and process invoices in an accurate and timely manner; receive and process print, editorial, and digital project requests; act as administrator for Museum’s Basecamp project management account; manage photo and video processes for the department; support production of Preview magazine; support production of mobile MFA Guide content; perform a variety of content maintenance tasks for the MFA website.

35 hours/week; Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Qualifications:
Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced working environment; must be able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and high standards; superb organizational and follow-through skills; excellent writing and verbal skills; solid proofreading skills; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external contacts at all levels; must be at ease performing quantitative tasks, including tracking budget and departmental expenditures; proficient with Microsoft Office software; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Drupal CMS desirable; familiarity with collections database software (TMS or similar) desirable.
