It’s a great time to work at the MFA!  With the historic time capsule, the genius of Leonardo DaVinci’s master drawings, Rothschild Family Treasures, Japanese Spring, Art in Bloom, Gordon Parks and Herb Ritts all on view, there has never been a better time to be part of the Museum’s Member and Visitor Services  team.

Our Member and Visitor Services Representatives are the first contact with Museum visitors and play an important role in providing a quality visitor experience. A successful candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, as they perform a variety of duties including: selling general admission, film and lecture tickets, MFA Memberships and MFA Guides.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must possess exceptional customer service, communication, and computer skills. At least three months related experience, including cash handling experience is required.
