Relations *team and *Information, Privacy and Archives Division*.****

*You will:*

·      lead, develop and implement public education and exhibition programs*

·      consult with stakeholders to determine needs and develop educational
activities****

·      lead and coordinate project teams****

·      lead the design and development of exhibitions and related
programming****

·      participate in program evaluation****

·      prepare communication and briefing material, reports and
presentations****

*What we are looking for: *

Technical Expertise:****

·      you have knowledge of instructional design, implementation and
evaluation principles, theories and methods****

·      you have knowledge of participatory-basedcurriculum design and
development****

·      you have the ability to understanding the Archives of Ontario mandate
****

·      you have knowledge of archival and preservation theory and practices
in order to develop educational and public programming initiatives and
gallery exhibitions

****

Project Management, Research and Analytical Skills:****

·      you can research and identify opportunities for education and
outreach initiatives and develop performance recommendations****

·      you can lead and coordinate exhibitions and educational projects and
administer project budgets

****

Communication and Relationship Building Skills:****

·      you have stakeholder outreach, engagement and partnership-building
skills****

·      you have strong verbal and written communication and presentation
skills to develop and deliver a range of presentations and materials****

*Salary range:*  $69,279.00 ­ $88,440.00 per annum****
