Weiping Wu’s new book, The Chinese City, is a study of Chinese cities, home today to 10% of the world’s population. Wu’s talk on 2.12, 3:30 pm, Hirsh Reading Room, will offer a lens into the complex character of the changing city as well as the Chinese economy, society, and environment.

The 13th Maxine Newberg Gordon, J70, Book Prize will be awarded to Thomas Snarsky preceding the talk; reception & book signing will follow.
