Karen Berg

Karen is a Mathematics Facilitator for the Dover Public Schools and a co-Principal Investigator for the Poincare Institute. She earned her BA in Elementary Education and BA in Mathematics from Rowan University, NJ. She earned her M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of New Hampshire, NH.

Karen has been working in Dover for 13 years. During this time she has taught middle school mathematics grades 5-8. She has experience teaching Advanced Algebra as well as providing intervention for struggling learners. Over the last 4 years, her focus has been on curriculum and instruction. Karen has the opportunity to collaborate with administrators, teachers and students to improve the teaching and learning of mathematics at the middle school level.
