Applicant pool will include
- Member of the full faculty (half time or more with a multiyear contract)
- Institutional affiliation of the author (creator) associated with the article (project) in question must be Fletcher/Tufts
Approval
Applicant will send a note to Jeff Kosokoff (Director of Ginn Library & Information Technology)
- Jeff will verify (1) applicant is a full faculty member and (2) applicant affirms that the institutional affiliation to be used will be Fletcher/Tufts.
- If the criteria are met, Jeff will send the application along to the appropriate university committee.
- Either way, Jeff will inform the Academic Dean of how the application has been handled.
For open access, the note will include:
- name
- title
- contact information
- indication that applicant is a full faculty member
- indication that the institutional affiliation to be used by applicant will be Fletcher/Tufts
- title of article
- journal in which it will be published
- amount of money needed to ensure article’s open access
For digitization, the note will include:
- name
- title
- contact information
- indication that applicant is a full faculty member
- indication that the institutional affiliation to be used by applicant will be Fletcher/Tufts
- brief description of material
- description of what needs to be done
- estimate of the amount of money needed for digitization
- indication of the amount of money being asked for
