Admissions

This Integrated Student Information System’s (iSIS) Admissions training helps you understand the process of moving data from current Admissions systems to iSIS and validate that the data is correct in both systems.

Upon completion of this session, you will be able to:

  • Navigate through related screens in PeopleSoft
  • Understand the Admissions Interface Process
  • Understand Constituent Staging
  • Use Search/Match to investigate errors
  • Correct errors and reprocess records
  • Create External Organizations
  • Create Applicant Data in PeopleSoft

iSIS Basic Navigation

This course is the prerequisite course for all Integrated Student Information System (iSIS) application classes. In this course, participants learn central concepts of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. These concepts include practical skills such as universal navigation elements. The emphasis is on the tools needed to learn the introductory concepts and activities involved in working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

Upon Completion of this session, you will be able to:

  • Navigate through iSIS
  • Use keys and search pages
  • Use PeopleSoft grids and recognize page controls
  • Add and update data
  • Send and receive notifications
  • Understand and use various security concepts
