Visual Understanding Environment (VUE) is a concept and content mapping application, primarily developed to support teaching, learning and research and for anyone who needs to organize, contextualize, and access digital information. With the help of a simple set of tools and a basic visual grammar that consists of nodes and links, faculty and students can map relationships between concepts, ideas and digital content.
Where can I Find It and Get Support?
VUE is a program that must be run directly on your computer. To obtain the latest copy of VUE, go to the VUE home page and click the download button. You will be asked to create an account and allowed to download the software onto your desktop. VUE is fully supported by Tufts UIT-Academic Technology. If you have questions about how to use the tool or how to best incorporate it into your own teaching, email us at email@example.com.
