The Teaching Cycle

The teaching cycle is an iterative process intended to promote effective student learning.  It is based on a circular flow from Designing a course to  Teaching a course to Assessing student learning to Assessing and then redesigning (and improving) the course.  Student learning is always at the center of the endeavor .
