2014 Symposium and Awards Overview

An important part of Tufts Technology Services (TTS) Educational and Scholarly Technology Service’s (ESTS) mission is to help Tufts instructors achieve their vision for teaching and their students’ learning through innovative course design and the meaningful integration of technology.   ESTS’s Teaching with Technology Symposium and the Teaching with Technology Awards program are designed to further this mission.

Teaching with Technology Symposium

The Teaching with Technology Symposium is an annual event that provides faculty from across the university the opportunity to choose from a wide range of workshops exploring teaching techniques and technology tools that can be used to enhance student learning. The Symposium also honors the winners of Tufts Teaching with Technology Awards program.

Teaching with Technology Awards Program

The Teaching with Technology Awards is a university-wide program that invites students to nominate an instructor who they feel is effectively using technology to support teaching and learning. The 2014 award winners have been selected and will be announced and honored on May 21 at the Teaching with Technology Symposium.
