Enrollment
Instructor Led Training:
To register for the courses featured on the right (in the calendar) go to Employee Self Service. Click on “Learning and Development” then “Request Training Enrollment”, search for a course and choose the session you would like to attend. For assistance with online enrollment, please refer to the tipsheet located here.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have enrolled. To make any changes to your enrollment status please contact the Training Administrator for the course. If you encounter difficulties accessing your Employee Self Service account, please contact the UIT Support Center at UITSC@tufts.edu or call 617-627-3376.

This self-paced 15 minute eLearning reviews the steps for a hiring manager to follow to create a new job in the Kenexa 2x Recruit applicant tracking system.
Online Performance Planning and Review:
For Managers: Using the Online Performance Review to Write Reviews
This 15-minute eLearning will review the functionality and workflow for writing Annual Performance Reviews in the new Online Performance Review form.
For Staff Employees: Navigating the Online Performance Review
This brief demonstration will review the functionality for staff employees to read manager’s feedback, add employee comments and electronically sign the new Online Performance Review.

HR also offers web-based courses. Through the Human Resources page of the The Learning Center, you will be able to access the Lessons in Leadership Library – a series of segments from our live course that focus on the art and science of management, organizational effectiveness and leadership. To access these courses, you will need to log into the The Learning Center or request an account on the log-in page.
Additional opportunities for personal and professional development
In addition to these programs we offer a Tuition Remission program that enables benefit eligible employees to take a course or pursue a degree or certificate program at Tufts University. We also offer a Tuition Reimbursement program. Eligible Full-time Staff Employees will be reimbursed for 100% of approved tuition costs up to a maximum of $4,000 in a fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th).
