Human Resources Training

The Human Resources (HR) department provides training and development programs to enhance employee skills, promote work/life balance, support updates in HR services, policies and processes, and encourage lifelong learning.

Upcoming programs: Instructor led workshops are featured on the right. Unless otherwise noted, to enroll in these courses, you will need to log into the Tufts Learning Center. Additional information regarding enrollment is below. When you visit the Tufts Learning Center be sure to check out the library to browse all of the training topics that are available to you.


Instructor Led Training:

To register for the courses featured on the right (in the calendar):

1. Navigate to
2. Log in with your Tufts Username and Password
3. Click Instructor Led Training Sessions
4. Scroll to find the class that you are interested in
5. Click “Details” to see the course description and available sessions
6. Click “Enroll” to register for the session you would like to attend

You will receive a confirmation email once you have enrolled. You also have the ability to withdraw from a training, for steps to withdraw please refer to this tip sheet. In addition to these programs we offer a Tuition Remission program that enables benefit eligible employees to take a course or pursue a degree or certificate program at Tufts University. We also offer a Tuition Reimbursement program. Eligible Full-time Staff Employees will be reimbursed for 100% of approved tuition costs up to a maximum of $4,000 in a fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th).
