Human Resources Training

The Human Resources (HR) department provides training and development programs to enhance employee skills, promote work/life balance, support updates in HR services, policies and processes, and encourage lifelong learning.
Upcoming programs:Instructor led workshops are featured on the right. Unless otherwise noted, to enroll in these courses, you will need to log into Employee Self Service. Additional information regarding enrollment is below.Take a look at our Training Catalog to view full descriptions of the programs available through Human Resources in a print-friendly PDF format. Instructor Led Training:

To register for the courses featured on the right (in the calendar) go to Employee Self Service. Click on “Learning and Development” then “Request Training Enrollment”, search for a course and choose the session you would like to attend. For assistance with online enrollment, please refer to the tipsheet located here.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have enrolled. To make any changes to your enrollment status please contact the Training Administrator for the course. If you encounter difficulties accessing your Employee Self Service account, please contact the TTS Support Center at or call 617-627-3376.

In addition to these programs we offer a Tuition Remission program that enables benefit eligible employees to take a course or pursue a degree or certificate program at Tufts University. We also offer a Tuition Reimbursement program. Eligible Full-time Staff Employees will be reimbursed for 100% of approved tuition costs up to a maximum of $4,000 in a fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th).
