Reporting to the board of directors, the executive director will manage the organization’s operations; guide and facilitate strategic decision making; lead fundraising; oversee financial management; and represent BNB in the community. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of grassroots organizations with collective cultures; experience with youth development, international development, and/or retail bike (or other social venture) operations; and passion for social justice and BNB’s mission.
