April 27: WSSS Interdisciplinary Water Symposium

We are pleased to announce the 3rd annual student-organized WSSS Interdisciplinary Water Symposium!

The theme for this year’s symposium is The Glass Half Full: Valuing Water in the 21st Century. Students, academics, and professionals in the greater Boston area and across the nation from the public, private, and non-governmental sectors will join us to explore the various complex and interlinking factors of valuing water throughout developed and developing nations.This year the WSSS Symposium is organized by the Tufts University Water: Systems, Science, and Society program in collaboration with the Water Resources Research Center (WRRC) at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Please join us for a day of interesting panels, lively conversation, and networking with prominent water experts across the nation.

For Tufts and UMass students, admission to the 3rd Annual Water Symposium on Friday, April 27th is now FREE.  This includes food throughout the day and a networking reception at the end.
