The Program Officer will be responsible for matching retrofit projects with funding and financing from a variety of sources, including LISC loan funds, statewide financing agencies, property reserves, owner contributions, utility ratepayer-funded programs, the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, local governments, and others. The Program Officer will then submit applications for funding and financing on behalf of property owners. The position requires in-depth knowledge of affordable housing finance for both non-profit and for-profit owners across Massachusetts. Applications will be considered as received.
